I have used both the Runner and Triathlete specific sessions many times, and I would like to share her knowledge and expertise with you.

The benefits of incorporating a Yoga session or 2 into your training plan, include
  • improving your athletic performance and reducing the risk of injury
  • speeding up your recovery time after training and reducing Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness (DOMS).
  • enhancing the quality of your day-to-day life by promoting mental health and physical well being.
One of the things I think is so great is that sessions are continuous (not broken up into millions of short parts), and an investment of 45 minutes will leave you feeling refreshed and invigorated for the rest of the day.

After you have enjoyed a workout, feel free to let me know how it went.
